About us

FLEXI is a friendly family business run by Vincent Warltire. Vincent and his wife, Sineta, live in Cheltenham, England. Vincent has 15 years of experience in the travel and study business in Japan and England and is able to speak and read Japanese.

FLEXI specialises in arranging homestay and study programmes. We are based in Cheltenham in the Cotswolds. However we work with travel coordinators, schools, teachers and homestay families in other areas of the UK, so we can also assist clients who want to go to these locations.

1) FLEXI offers tailor-made language study programmes which allow our clients to stay with a family whilst enjoying private language lessons, individually arranged daily sightseeing, sporting and also cultural activities. 2) FLEXI can help arrange language, cultural and vocational study at schools in England and other locations for short and long periods. We can also arrange homestay accommodation near the school with families, and provide assistance as requested during the stay. 3) FLEXI provides a guardianship and support service for students attending boarding schools in England. 4) FLEXI can arrange for tourists and students sightseeing tours, walking tours and homestays. These usually take place in the Cotswolds but can be arranged for other locations too.
